The only redeeming thing about our experience is that the seats are large and comfortable and we were there on a Tuesday which meant $6.20 tickets.Īfter the movie I used the ladies room which looked clean but smelled like an outhouse. The 11 am movie didn't actually start until 11:25. I thought the sound was too loud and there were about ten trailers shown before the feature, which seemed like a lot to me. We got a bucket of popcorn that tasted like it was leftover from a few days ago and was the worst theater popcorn I've ever eaten. WOW! Clearly they didn't clean the night before when they were getting ready to close like a normal business does. I asked the ticket taker if they ever cleaned the floors and he blamed kids and old people for the messes. It was early in the day and there was popcorn everywhere and things unattended to on the counters. I just came from this theater for an 11 am showing and was flabergasted at the disgusting state of the floors and counters in the enormous food area. We will have to check out the Cinemark near us when we get home. They were! They picked up the trash left behind, and we took our trash to the nearest trash receptacle. We don't understand why patrons left their trash behind. The movie was excellent, too, so no one fell asleep. Temperature in the theater was perfect - not too hot or cold. When we lifted the center armrest, we got another drink holder instead of the crack. They seemed bigger, more plush, and had more of a recline than the AMC theater we frequent in Palm Harbor. Signs advised users to keep a sink empty between them to avoid getting sick. Seat 11 did not recline, but when I mentioned it to an employee on the way to the bathroom, he had it fixed before I returned. We got concessions before checking in for SING 2 in theater 3. Inside, temperature was cozy (32° outside). This movie theater is near Albuquerque, Los Ranchos, Los Ranchos De Abq, Los Rnchs Abq, Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, Village Of Los Ranchos, UNM, Univ of New Mexico, Univ of Nm, Alameda, Corrales.Excellent venue for a movie! We parked easily in their spacious parking lot.
